What Is Tender Information Service?
Government tenders in India are published across a sprawl of portals — the Central Public Procurement Portal, GeM, individual state procurement portals, and the separate portals run by hundreds of public sector undertakings, railways, defence establishments and municipal bodies. No single business has the time to monitor all of them, which is why most suppliers only ever see the small fraction of opportunities that happen to reach them.
The problem is not really access, since most of this is public information. It is filtering and timing. A raw feed of every tender published in India is thousands of notices a week, almost all irrelevant to you. And a tender you learn about three days before the deadline is one you cannot realistically bid on, because document preparation, EMD arrangement and approvals take longer than that.
This service exists to solve both. We build a profile of what you supply, where you can deliver, what order values you can handle and what eligibility conditions you can meet — then filter incoming tenders against it and send you only what fits, early enough to act on. Each alert comes with the eligibility conditions pulled out and pre-screened, so you can decide in two minutes whether to pursue it rather than reading a hundred-page document to find out you were never qualified.

Benefits
What you actually gain from Tender Information Service.
You see opportunities early
An alert on the day of publication leaves time to arrange documents, EMD and approvals. A tender discovered near the deadline is one you cannot bid on at all.
You stop reading irrelevant notices
Filtering to your products, value range, geography and eligibility profile turns thousands of weekly notices into a handful worth your attention.
Eligibility screened before you invest time
Turnover, experience and certification conditions are extracted and checked against your profile, so you know upfront whether you qualify.
A pipeline instead of luck
Consistent visibility of upcoming requirements lets you plan capacity and finance around a pipeline rather than reacting to whatever you happen to hear about.
Eligibility
Check where you stand before applying — we confirm all of this on the first call anyway.
Who this suits
- Manufacturers, service providers and suppliers who want government and PSU orders as a regular revenue line.
- Businesses already holding Udyam registration, and ideally NSIC and GeM registration, so they can act on what they receive.
- Suppliers with the capacity and working capital to execute government orders, which typically pay after delivery and acceptance.
- Businesses currently missing tenders because they only find out through word of mouth.
What makes it work best
- A clear, specific product or service list — vague profiles produce vague matching.
- Realistic delivery geography, since bidding for work you cannot service wastes everyone's time.
- Required certifications in place — ISO, BIS or sector licences are frequently stated eligibility conditions.
- Someone on your side who will actually review alerts and decide, since the service surfaces opportunities rather than making decisions for you.
Documents Required
For profile setup
- Detailed list of products or services with specifications
- Udyam Registration Certificate
- GST registration and PAN
- NSIC and GeM registration details, if held
- Certifications held — ISO, BIS, sector licences
For eligibility screening
- Audited financials for the last three years, for turnover conditions
- Past performance record — orders executed with values and clients
- Production or service capacity statement
- Delivery geography and logistics capability
- Bank solvency certificate, where commonly required in your sector

Frequently Asked Questions
Most of it is public, yes. The difficulty is that it is scattered across the central portal, GeM, dozens of state portals and hundreds of PSU sites, and the raw volume is thousands of notices a week. What you are paying for is filtering, early notice and eligibility screening — not access to secret information.
