- Payment must be made in the name of SetuBridge Solutions Pvt. Ltd.
No Refund Policy
All payments are final and non-refundable.
- No refunds will be provided under any circumstances
- Fees are non-refundable once payment is received
- Service cancellation does not entitle you to a refund
- Please review services carefully before making payment
Important Notice
We DO NOT accept cash payments or transfers to personal accounts. Any payment made to unauthorized accounts will not be our responsibility.

- No Guarantee of Approval:We provide consultancy services only. Loan approvals, interest rates, and disbursements are solely at the discretion of banks, NBFCs, or government authorities.

- Results May Vary:Past success rates do not guarantee future results. Each application is evaluated independently by financial institutions.
- Timeline Estimates:Processing times are approximate and depend on third-party institutions. Delays may occur beyond our control.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
