Refund Amount Calculation
  • All refunds are calculated on the base service fee (excluding GST)
  • GST paid is non-refundable as it has been remitted to government
  • Any promotional discounts availed will be deducted from refund amount
  • Gateway charges (Razorpay fees) are non-refundable
Communication Requirements
  • All cancellation requests must be in writing via email
  • Phone requests will not be considered without email confirmation
  • Use only your registered email address for requests
  • Keep all email correspondence for future reference
Documentation Obligations
  • Payment proof must be provided with cancellation request
  • Bank details required for refund processing
  • Additional documents may be requested for verification
  • Incomplete information may delay refund processing
Dispute Resolution
