Refund Amount Calculation
- All refunds are calculated on the base service fee (excluding GST)
- GST paid is non-refundable as it has been remitted to government
- Any promotional discounts availed will be deducted from refund amount
- Gateway charges (Razorpay fees) are non-refundable
Communication Requirements
- All cancellation requests must be in writing via email
- Phone requests will not be considered without email confirmation
- Use only your registered email address for requests
- Keep all email correspondence for future reference
Documentation Obligations
- Payment proof must be provided with cancellation request
- Bank details required for refund processing
- Additional documents may be requested for verification
- Incomplete information may delay refund processing
Dispute Resolution
- All disputes subject to Ahmedabad jurisdiction only
- Mediation will be attempted before legal action
- Decision of SetuBridge Solutions management is final
- No chargebacks allowed without prior communication
Service Resumption
- Once refunded, you cannot claim the same service package
- Re-enrollment requires fresh payment and documentation

Force Majeure
- Refund timelines may extend during unforeseen circumstances

Fraudulent Requests
Any attempt to file false cancellation requests, provide fake documentation, or misrepresent facts will result in immediate rejection of refund and may lead to legal action. We maintain strict verification processes to prevent fraud.
